Terms of Service

Get Dressed helps you put together outfits from clothes you already own, taking into account your style, the weather and the occasion. The service includes an AI assistant ("Dressy") that generates outfit suggestions, can rate an outfit you photograph, and can search for clothes online at your request.

The service is for people aged 16 or older. By using Get Dressed, you confirm you are at least 16. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to create an account or use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

The photos and information you add (your wardrobe, outfits, preferences) remain your property. You grant us only the right to use them to operate the service for you (generating your outfits, analyzing your clothes).

Privacy of your photos: the photos you upload — including any you take of yourself to have an outfit rated — are strictly private and tied to your account only. They are never made public, never shared with other users, and used only to provide the service to you. None of your photos ever leaves the private scope of your account.

The outfits and advice Dressy provides are suggestions, not guarantees. Style is subjective: we do our best to offer relevant recommendations, but we don't guarantee they will suit every situation or taste. Your clothing choices remain your own.

At your request, Dressy may search for clothes online and show you links to third-party shops. These shops are independent from Get Dressed: we don't control their prices, availability, sale terms, or product quality. Any purchase you make is directly with that shop, under its sole responsibility. Prices and availability shown in Get Dressed may differ from the shop's at the time of purchase.

Affiliate links: some shop links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.

Get Dressed is currently free, as part of its early access phase. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or a subscription in the future. If we do, you'll be informed in advance and remain free to continue or not.

You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes, upload illegal, offensive or content that isn't yours, attempt to bypass the service's security, or disrupt its operation. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules.

We do our best to provide a reliable service, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free (it's a service under development). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, including those resulting from style suggestions, links to third-party shops, or weather conditions that may differ from the forecasts used.

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll inform you via the app. The update date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the competent Belgian courts.
