Privacy Policy

Account data: email address and login credentials (or Google sign-in).

Profile data: style preferences, height, language, location (city) for weather, and — only if you choose to provide it — your weight. Weight is optional and used exclusively to improve fit recommendations.

Wardrobe data: photos and descriptions of your clothes (category, color, brand, fit), your generated and saved outfits, your worn-outfit history and your feedback (👍/👎).

Technical data: connection data strictly necessary for the operation and security of the service.

What we do NOT collect:

• No contacts or address book
• No advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking
• No precise location (only your city, for the weather)
• No data resale, ever, to anyone

Generating your outfits: your wardrobe, profile and local weather are sent to our AI assistant to compose your outfits. This is the core of the service.

Running your account: authentication, saved outfits, history.

Improving the product: your feedback (👍/👎, comments) helps us improve recommendations.

Legal basis (GDPR): performance of the contract (providing the service you use) for the essentials; your consent for optional data such as weight, which you can withdraw at any time by deleting the data.

Your wardrobe and profile are private: no other user can see them, nothing is published.

To operate, the service relies on technical processors: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase), AI generation (Google Gemini via the Lovable gateway) and weather (Open-Meteo — which only receives geographic coordinates, never your identity). These providers process data solely to deliver the service, under data processing agreements.

We never sell your data and never share it for advertising purposes.

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. If you delete an item, an outfit or your account, the corresponding data is deleted. Technical backup copies may persist briefly before permanent erasure.

At any time you can: access your data, correct it, delete it (including your entire account via the option in your profile), receive it in a readable format, or object to a processing operation. To exercise these rights: getdressed.app.contact@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Your data is stored securely (encryption in transit, restricted access). Photo background removal runs locally, in your browser: this step transmits nothing to our servers. No system is infallible, but we limit the data we collect to the strict minimum — that is the best protection.

The service is intended for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, do not create an account without the consent of a parent or guardian.

If this policy changes, the update date will change and we will inform you of any significant change through the app.
